By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. User Accounts
To access our DIY courses, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, telephone number (for two-factor authentication), and a password. You may also choose to provide additional information such as your nationality and current profession. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
- Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
- One Account Per User: You are allowed to create only one account. If you accidentally create multiple accounts, please contact our technical team for support at training@travelbridgeimmigration.com.
3. Membership Plans
Our website offers three types of membership plans:
- DIY Free: No payment is required. Access to DIY Free courses and content.
- DIY Basic: Payment is required for access to a DIY Basic course for 12 months.
- DIY Premium: Payment is required for access to a DIY Premium course for 12 months.
Payment Terms:
- All payments must be made in advance and are required to access DIY Basic or DIY Premium courses for a 12-month period.
- We do not store any debit or credit card information on our website. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
- All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided. If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact us at training@travelbridgeimmigration.com.
No Auto-Renewal: DIY Basic and DIY Premium membership plans do not automatically renew. You must manually renew your membership if you wish to continue accessing courses beyond the initial 12-month period.
Upgrading Membership Plans: If you are an existing DIY Basic member with an active subscription for a specific course title, you have the option to upgrade to a DIY Premium membership plan for the same course title. To upgrade, you will need to pay the price difference between the two membership plans. You can initiate this upgrade by clicking on the 'Upgrade Now' button within your DIY Basic course content. This upgrade will grant you access to the DIY Premium content for a period of one year.
4. Use of DIY Course Content
The DIY courses provided on our website are for informational purposes only and are designed to assist individuals and families in navigating the processes of studying, visiting, working, and immigrating to Canada.
- No Legal Advice: The DIY course content does not constitute or replace legal immigration consultation and advice. For personalized legal immigration advice, including Initial Consultation Session, you must sign a Service Agreement with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
- Intellectual Property: All course content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Travelbridge Immigration Services Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our courses without our express written consent.
5. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree to:
- Not use the website or its content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the website.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the website.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travelbridge Immigration Services Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
